The Daily Routines of Young Adults Study

Want to know more about how you’re spending your time during your everyday routines and how you feel throughout the day? Here’s an exciting opportunity for you to find out! Participate in this research study on the Daily Routines of Young Adults, conducted by a doctoral student under the supervision of Prof. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the founder of Positive Psychology, from Claremont Graduate University.

This is a week-long study to examine the daily routines of young adults and their boredom experiences. Seven times a day, your smart phone will signal for you to fill out a short, 2 minute survey. At the end of the week you will be asked to take a 15-minute survey. Results will be statistically analyzed and you will receive a personalized feedback report about your daily activities.
